Uncoastal Social at Luxury Lane

You do not want to miss the award winning Uncoastal Social at Luxury Lane brought to you by the Des Moines Home Builders Association! The Uncoastal Social at Luxury Lane is an upscale tour, party and music concert during the annual HomeShowExpo.
 
This VIP event is a progressive party through the six new construction homes, each offering different entertainment from games to live music and unexpected food and drink options. Tickets for Uncoastal Social are $150 per person. Proceeds benefit charities with a focus on skilled trades education and affordable housing. 
 
With the purchase of your ticket to the Uncoastal Social at Luxury Lane, you will also receive one (1) raffle ticket that you will be able to use at the event for your chance to win an amazing prize! Additional raffle tickets will be available to purchase for $25 per ticket to increase your chances of winning.
 
Recently, the Home Builders Association of Greater Des Moines was awarded the Best Membership Event with an Award of Excellence from the Executive Officers Council (EOC) of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) for the inaugural Uncoastal Social at Luxury Lane in 2022.
